Karen is smart, astute, without question ethical, and she knows the local housing market. Karen guided us every step of the way, through our recent house sale. It was not easy for us to make the decision to sell our house, and she was sensitive to this fact. She communicated with us without fail. If we left a message for her, we heard back from her, quickly. She was most assuredly, our trusted, “sounding board.” We knew what to expect and how to deal with every situation.
